Two sliding trolleys with bearings easily secure the bench, allowing quick adjustments for different body sizes and exercises. You will always find yourself in the perfect position to target the desired muscle.
Compatible with various Younix Racks, including the Smith Machine, Lever Rack, Cable Rack, and standard Racks. This centering blade can be hooked onto a 108mm (42.5") horizontal crossbar which is in turn mounted in the lower rear part of any of our Rack.
The sword can be vertically stored when not in use, optimizing space and convenience in your gym setup. When you want to remove it, it's so light that you can lift it with two fingers and hook it vertically using a spring pin.
