We ship orders within the EU and international orders via SP srl.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on the size of the order and the amount of orders that our warehouse have to prepare. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. From that moment on you can start counting the shipping days needed to reach your destination.
Please note that the online tracking website is updated only every 24 hours. If you try to track your package as soon as you receive your tracking number from us, the status might not be available yet.
We ship all international orders with the international forwarders witch don’t provide a tracking number. We will be personally in contact with you and will keep you up to date with the status of your order.
