The J-Hooks are laser cut and precision bent to host the plastic insert that will protect your bar knurling from damage.
We put small plastic squares in the internal cavity of the hooks to prevent Rack paint chipping.
Each hook is easy to insert and remove. Just rotate the hook 90 degrees and insert it along the entire length of the pole.
