The bench comes already mounted except the rear feet. 20 seconds is what you need to mount just the rear feet by two single bolts, and you are ready to train. It comes wrapped in a heavy-duty carton and stabilised internally by strong polystyrene if tilting during transportation. We want you to receive it exactly how we packed it.
